Browsing data: anonymised IP, pages visited, session duration (via Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation).
Contact data: name, email, phone, message — voluntarily entered in the contact form or when booking a call.

Purpose of processing

Contact form data is used exclusively to reply to your enquiry. Analytics data is used to improve the site. We do not sell or share data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis

Consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for analytics data. Performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for contact data.

Retention

Contact data is kept for as long as needed to manage the business relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact. Analytics data follows Google Analytics policies (14 months by default).

Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, object to processing, request portability. Write to info@wpstar.it.
