Terms & Conditions

WPStar.it (hereinafter “the Provider”) supplies website design, development and optimisation services for professionals. These Terms govern the contractual relationship between the Provider and the Client.

The contract is concluded upon written acceptance of the quote and payment of the first instalment. The quote is valid for 15 days from the date of issue.

The price of the Conversion Site Pro package is €2,900 + VAT, payable in two instalments: 50% on acceptance and 50% at launch. For different payment arrangements, the terms are set out in the quote.

Standard delivery is 10 working days from the effective start of work. The start is subject to receipt of the requested materials (copy, photos, access credentials). Delays in providing materials move the launch date proportionally.

The price includes up to 2 rounds of revision on design and copy. Additional revisions are invoiced at €80/hour.

If the Client is not satisfied with the final result delivered, they may request a full refund within 7 days of launch, upon returning all materials produced. No refunds are available after this deadline.

Upon full payment, ownership of the website (design, code, copy) is transferred to the Client. The Provider reserves the right to include the project in their portfolio.

The Provider does not guarantee specific results in terms of traffic, conversions or SEO ranking. Results depend on external factors beyond their control.

The 3 months of support included cover: technical updates, small copy changes, support for malfunctions. It does not include development of new features.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome. The applicable law is Italian law.
